Korean Fighter Jets to Fly Nonstop to Alaska Drill


An example of another independent war fighting capability the ROK must develop.  But this is a positive example of interoperability and an example of the importance of the Alliance and the complementary capabilities each brings.

Korean Fighter Jets to Fly Nonstop to Alaska Drill


Korean fighter jets will take part in a multinational military exercise in Alaska next year, moving to the site as they get refueled by aerial tankers.

It would be the first time that Korean fighter jets would travel to a foreign military base being refueled in mid-air.
