"American Grand Strategy" with Dr. Richard Hooker

A 90 minute talk by Dr. Rich Hooker on American Grand Strategy with students from Georgetown University's Security Studies Program.  It is based on his monograph published at NDU last fall.  It is at this link and I commend it.  http://inss.ndu.edu/Portals/68/Documents/Books/grand-strategy-us.pdf

However, his talk goes beyond it and in the Q&A he discusses Grand Strategy in today's context to include in Syria and Iraq.  He makes some very thought provoking remarks on a wide range of strategic issues.
